
The lifts at Glasgow Queen Street Low Level station are being refurbished and will close to customers from Monday 11 March for approximately four weeks.
Customers who require lift access are advised to travel to Glasgow Charing Cross which is the nearest accessible station. A taxi service will be provided to shuttle wheelchair users and those with difficulty using stairs to and from Glasgow Queen Street station with a valid ScotRail ticket.
Customers travelling from the west may choose to change services at Partick station and travel to Glasgow Central where there is a free bus connection to Glasgow Queen Street station. This will increase journey time.
