Serco NorthLink Ferries

Serco NorthLink Ferries (SNF) has developed an Accessibility Information System (AIS) for each of the ports in which they operate. The AIS can be viewed on the Serco NorthLink Ferries website.

Their Accessibility policy with more details can be found here.

British Sign Language users can contact SNF via an interpreter provided by Sign Solutions. This system allows customers to video call an interpreter who will in turn phone SNF’s customer service team.  This service can be found here.

Information on accessible cabins for disabled passengers can be found here.

SNF have the “Recite Me” function available on their website, which reads the content of all documents on their website aloud when activated. All documents can be found here.

Earlier this year, SNF published their accessible travel guide and copies were sent to the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland (MACS). This can be accessed via the following link.

They have also published a Passenger Welfare Guide.

Passengers are able to take a virtual tour of SNF vessels using this link.
